The Inspiration:

The town of Tequila is in one of the cutest pueblos mágicos or magical towns in Mexico, with pastel-colored colonial buildings and cobblestoned streets surrounded by agave fields and age-old distilleries of Tequila.

On our recent trip to Guadalajara, we made a detour to Tequila and had a great time exploring the historical town, visiting the agave plantations and distilleries, and tasting tequila. Many flock to the town to learn about the production of tequila, indulge in local cuisine, and immerse in traditional music and dance. I gathered inspiration and found ESTE.
