It begins with the belief that our shared values are the principle foundation for how we, as Canadians, move forward as a society, how we orient ourselves during prosperity or challenging times, how we are inspired, and how we govern ourselves as a society. There is a limit to how much can be achieved by acting alone, yet together, we can achieve a diverse and inclusive Canadian society where people from various backgrounds come together to share common values.
